Special Orders

All of these hand made designs are one of a kind.  When you see a design and the description does not suite your needs, then you may request a special order.  This will depend on availability of the material used to make the piece.  Shortening would not be a problem in most cases, but lengthening may be an issue depending on the design.   For a particular design this may require re-stringing, which would be an additional charge of $1.00 per inch to the price shown.

Lengths and Clasps
 
Since our hand made jewelry is one of a kind you won't find the exact piece on a neighbor.  Pieces are a certain length according to the design and availability of the material.  Some necklace designs are  adjustable with lengths of sterling silver, gold-filled or vermeil chain.  These would have lobster clasps.  Other designs will have a described length and will have sterling silver, gold-filled or  vermeil toggle clasps.

Measuring for a Correct Length

If you don't know the length of a necklace you want, you can measure a piece you currently have that works, or use a string to mark the correct length.  Measure from one end to the other and include the clasp.  The same rules would apply to bracelets.   Write ahead by email to make sure your needs are met, or go to Contact Us to tell me your needs.  Your satisfaction is my priority.

Converting Earring to Clips or Posts

Most of the earrings for sale can be converted to earring findings for non-pierced ears at no extra charge.  These finding are plated gold or silver finishes, not sterling silver or gold filled. 

If you prefer posts, please let me know & I will do my best to accommodate you.  I have sterling silver posts available at no extra charge.  Gold filled posts are available for an additional charge.  I also have sterling silver leverback ear wires for an additional charge.   Please email me with these special request orders.
